The staff was very helpful . I used the shuttle service to the Mall and followed the advice to call reception one hour in advance. I enjoyed the inner courtyard (a nice area to relax) and the wellness zone. The breakfast was delicious.
My room felt a little dull. It could use some brighter decor.

The breakfast was REALLY good. I really enjoyed the variety.
I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in the first room I was assigned. It was not working. I had to change rooms because of it. The second room also had a problem with the AC. It was disappointing.

The breakfast options were AMAZING!!! I found so many choices. Free airport taxi rides were available to and from the hotel. I also visited the Mall of shopping, it was just a short drive away.
The room service menu was limited.

The reception staff offered an efficient check-in process. I received a complimentary room upgrade, which I appreciated. The wine and the fresh fruit plate proved very welcome following a long trip. The provided toiletries were also a great touch.
I noticed a small number of ants on the first floor near the room. This meant I needed to be careful about leaving any food out for an extended period.

The breakfast was amazing, with a very wide range of choices.
I was given the wrong room upon arrival. I booked a Senior suite, but I received a family triple, a lower price tier. Multiple staff members tried to tell me it was a Senior suite. This was very unprofessional.
